Stefanie Martinez is the founder and director of this CPA office in the Clear Lake Area. She began her career as a financial auditor for a larger CPA firm in Houston, where she held subsequent positions in corporate accounting and tax. Prior to this, she worked for a small tax firm in Clear Lake while she earned her Bachelors of Accounting and Finance, and Masters of Accounting from University of Houston-Clear Lake.
As a business owner, Stefanie has a passion for encouraging other business owners and sharing lessons learned to help achieve their goals and grow their business. She loves a challenge, problem solving, and listening to her clients needs. Her dedication to her clients creates lasting professional relationships based on trust, communication, and ethical values.
In addition to being a CPA, Stefanie volunteers as the treasurer for Impact Resource Group, a non-profit organization for helping children find their strengths and passions. Her passion for life gives her strength and keeps her driven to help others.

Julie attended the University of St. Thomas in Houston where she earned her Bachelors and Masters of Business Administration in Accounting. She has many years of experience as a Tax Accountant and received her CPA license in 2003.
She is passionate about helping business owners and individuals navigate tax planning and preparation issues, as well as facilitating interactions and compliance with the IRS and other state and local taxing authorities. She strives to help clients work towards and achieve success in their pursuits. As the wife of a retired U.S. Navy veteran and mother, she understands the importance of adapting to change and overcoming obstacles in pursuing personal and professional goals.
In her free time, Julie enjoys spending time with family and friends and rooting for the Houston Astros. She is also actively involved in her church and volunteering in the community.

Elizabeth Ramirez
Elizabeth is a dedicated and detail-oriented Tax Senior here at the firm. Her proficiency in tax law and regulations has allowed her to maximize value to clients while ensuring compliance with all relevant tax code.
She is skilled and passionate about providing strategic tax planning advice to clients by effectively researching and communicating complex tax concepts. She is currently studying to be an enrolled agent, the highest credential the IRS awards.
She is also fluent in both English and Spanish. Her free time is spent with her family, and her passion and skill has made her a wonderful addition to our team.
Tiffany was born and raised in Houston, TX. She has 2 associate degrees, one in accounting and one in education with a focus in math. She has over 10 years’ experience in education and retail management. She was introduced to accounting concepts in 2019 when she decided to go back to school for accounting. While continuing her education, she accumulated 4 years accounting experience that include skills in bookkeeping and payroll.
She graduated in 2024 from University of Houston - Clear Lake with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She is also proud to be the first graduate in her family. Her goal is to obtain her Master’s degree as well as her CPA license.
She spends her free time hanging out with her husband and making memories with her 3 children, when she is not singing with her band.
Tiffany Harper
Karina is a Tax and Accounting Associate at our firm. She is detail oriented and has a heart to serve others. She is a wife and mother of three, who has a passion for accounting, and currently pursuing her degree.
Over the years she has developed her accounting skills while in positions in community management, and as a leader and bookkeeper at her church. Her free time is spent with her family, and serving through volunteer work.
Her integrity, strong work ethic, and heart to serve others, makes her a great addition to our firm.
Karina Salazar
Taryn is the Administrative Assistant of the firm with a focus on business growth and development. She attended the University of Houston – Clear Lake with a B.S. in Legal Studies, belonging to the first Mock Trial group in the history of the University. Her career began in the hospitality industry improving training and overall profitability of the restaurants she served from Galveston to Houston. She has since assisted many businesses including non-profit organizations, law firms, non-profit consultants, and construction companies with meeting their growth goals.
She has gained experience in a multitude of areas such as human resources, fundraising, criminal and family law, organizational structure, and training program creation. Her passion is to create and improve processes to assist companies in moving towards the future.
Spending time with family, going to the beach, fishing, serving others, and learning are all things that bring Taryn joy in life. She is excited about teaching her children about the world and watching them grow in their personalities.
Taryn Keeler
Juliana is one of our Tax Interns at the firm. She has an associate’s degree in Multidisciplinary Studies, with a focus in Business and is currently working towards her bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting at the University of Houston Clear Lake. She plans on getting her CPA license after she graduates.
In her free time, she enjoys watching movies, working out, and being an at-home barista. Juliana also volunteers at her local church on the weekends and loves to travel.
She has a passion for helping and serving others and is very excited to learn and gain valuable accounting experience here at the firm.

Marisa Latchney
Marisa is one of the Tax Interns here at the firm. She is a student at the University of Houston-Clear Lake, where she is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in accounting and plans to graduate in May 2025. Afterwards, she plans to continue her education with a master’s degree in accounting and sit for the CPA exam. On campus, she is involved with the Accounting Association and Beta Alpha Psi.
Her goal is to gain practical experience and deepen her understanding of the tax field, contributing to the success of the team while continuously learning and growing professionally. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family & friends, traveling, and golfing.
