Stefanie Martinez, CPA
CPA and Business Advisor
Stefanie Martinez is the founder and director of this CPA office in the Clear Lake Area. She began her career as a financial auditor for a larger CPA firm in Houston, where she held subsequent positions in corporate accounting and tax. Prior to this, she worked for a small tax firm in Clear Lake while she earned her Bachelors of Accounting and Finance, and Masters of Accounting from University of Houston-Clear Lake.
As a business owner, Stefanie has a passion for encouraging other business owners and sharing lessons learned to help achieve their goals and grow their business. She loves a challenge, problem solving, and listening to her clients needs. Her dedication to her clients creates lasting professional relationships based on trust, communication, and ethical values.
In addition to being a CPA, Stefanie volunteers as the treasurer for Impact Resource Group, a non-profit organization for helping children find their strengths and passions. Her passion for life gives her strength and keeps her driven to help others.
Kristal Landrum
Tax And Accounting AssociateKristal Landrum is an accountant with over 10 years of experience supporting daily accounting operations within a manufacturing environment. She brings a strong foundation in business processes, financial support, and problem-solving to her role, along with a commitment to accuracy and client service.
Kristal holds a degree in Business Administration and is currently attending the University of Houston–Clear Lake, where she is completing her Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She is passionate about providing thoughtful solutions and dependable support to those she serves.
Outside of her professional work, Kristal is actively involved in her community and will serve as Secretary for her local Townhall in 2026. The Townhall supports neighborhood engagement through events that bring families together and promote community strength. In her spare time, Kristal challenges herself to create outdoor spaces of natural beauty by cultivating prairie gardens through Texas native plant landscaping.
Karina Salazar
Tax Associate and Project CoordinatorKarina is a Tax and Accounting Associate at our firm. She is detail oriented and has a heart to serve others. She is a wife and mother of three, who has a passion for accounting, and currently pursuing her degree.
Over the years she has developed her accounting skills while in positions in community management, and as a leader and bookkeeper at her church. Her free time is spent with her family, and serving through volunteer work.
Her integrity, strong work ethic, and heart to serve others, makes her a great addition to our firm.

Taryn Keeler
Executive Assistant and Client Relations
Taryn is the Executive Assistant of the firm with a focus on business growth and development. She attended the University of Houston – Clear Lake with a B.S. in Legal Studies, belonging to the first Mock Trial group in the history of the University. Her career began in the hospitality industry improving training and overall profitability of the restaurants she served from Galveston to Houston. She has since assisted many businesses including non-profit organizations, law firms, non-profit consultants, and construction companies with meeting their growth goals.
She has gained experience in a multitude of areas such as human resources, fundraising, criminal and family law, organizational structure, and training program creation. Her passion is to create and improve processes to assist companies in moving towards the future.
Spending time with family, going to the beach, fishing, serving others, and learning are all things that bring Taryn joy in life. She is excited about teaching her children about the world and watching them grow in their personalities.
Amber Wiggins
Billing and Data SpecialistAmber Wiggins serves as the billing and data specialist at the firm, supporting daily operations, billing, and helping the team stay organized and efficient. She graduated from Houston Christian University with a Bachelor’s degree in Music, a background that reflects her creativity and attention to detail.
Before moving into administration, Amber spent much of her career as a Data Analyst. That experience provided her with strong skills in data management, problem-solving, and process improvement, which she now leverages to ensure clients receive seamless, accurate, and timely support.
Outside of work, Amber enjoys spending time with her family and exploring new interests. She loves learning a new hobby any chance she gets, from knitting and crocheting to trying out a new DIY project, and takes pride in expressing her creativity in new ways.
Carly Eaves
Tax Intern
Carly Eaves currently serves as a tax intern with the firm, helping with daily operations and various support tasks. Carly will graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at the University of Houston Clear Lake in May 2026. After graduation, her goal is the obtain her public accounting certification and continue as a full-time tax accountant with our firm.
Before studying to be an accountant, Carly was a paralegal at a probate and estate planning law firm. Her long-term career goals include becoming an estate planning attorney and family mediator.
Outside of work, Carly is a full-time accounting student, and she works part-time at a boutique catering company in League City. The remainder of her time and energy is devoted to her family, mostly cooking tasty meals and spending all the quality time she can with the people she loves.
